Project Overview
This tool is a digital companion / visual template designed to help users execute established psychological conditioning techniques, such as Captain Tom Bunn’s SOAR Strengthening Exercise.
Problem Statement
The original exercise relies on a printable paper worksheet, which is inconvenient to carry through an airport, easy to misplace, and difficult to reference discretely during high-anxiety moments like boarding or takeoff.
